I did not have a good experience with this dealership. I recently bought a 2021 Ram 2500. My sales rep Dylan was good to deal with and I feel for the most part he tried to take care me and my husband. Unfor recently bought a 2021 Ram 2500. My sales rep Dylan was good to deal with and I feel for the most part he tried to take care me and my husband. Unfortunately when it came to deal with the finance guy Chris Turner, that is when my experience went downhill fast. He was pushy about extra warranties. We got home and started going through the paperwork and found that he added an extra $2500 of Total Care Auto items on to our bill of sale, that he never discussed with us. My husband went in the next business day to voice our concerns. They told us they could cancel it. Which relieved us. Dustin Aldrige and Cody Eckhart said they would tell Chris to hold putting the loan through so that we could get it figured out. When we went in to cancel the extras, Chris had already quickly sent the paperwork in for the loan. There supposedly was no going back. So now we had to pay taxes and interest on that extra money. Chris did not care about anything he just caused. He is a sneaky crook and lies to your face. I feel he took advantage of us being a younger couple, purchasing a new vehicle. He is very pushy and I don't know how he can go home at night feeling like he did a good days work. He killed the excitement we had with getting a new truck, and turned it into a month long mess. I tried getting ahold of Dustin the finance manager to talk to him about my experience and kept getting told to deal with Chris. Which obviously I did not want to deal with him any longer. Needless to say it was a huge pain to cancel the extra Total Care Auto crap that was tacked on. It took a month to get the refund. Which is another story... they shorted us money with the refund and I had to also deal with that. I don't recommend Total Care Auto much either. For these reasons I will not go back to Larry H Miller. I do not feel my concerns were taken into consideration. The finance guy Chris was awful to deal with and I recommend staying away from him if you need to finance through them. Also I learned they will tell you America First has the best interest rate, but that is just because they get a bigger cut to go through America First. There is plenty of dishonesty and lack of integrity at this location. I am embarrassed to say I even purchased a truck from this dealership when people ask. I do not recommend this dealership and I will not take my truck back for any services. I will find another Ram dealership for anything in the future. All because of one guy, Chris Turner. More
