I have been going to this dealer for about 18 months now (maybe 5 oil changes and some other standard maintenance). I called to schedule an appointment on Nov 5th for an oil change and four new tires (an (maybe 5 oil changes and some other standard maintenance). I called to schedule an appointment on Nov 5th for an oil change and four new tires (an exact replacement of the stock tires on my Rubicon). My appointment was set for Nov 12th. When I went in on Nov 12th they did not have the tires in stock and said they would order them to be there on Nov 15th and that they would call to let me know (frustrating but ok). I never got a call. I called them on Thu Nov 18th. The person said they are going to check if the tires were delivered and call me back. You guessed it, no call back. I called again on Mon Nov 22nd and they said tires should be in by end of day and they would call when they're received. I also set-up an appointment for Tue Nov 23rd to have them installed. You guessed it, no call back. I called 30 min before my appointment on Tue Nov 23rd to confirm that tires were received. Parts department has no record of ordering the tires at all. Absolute disgusting business behavior. Poor processes. Customer Service people that cannot solve problems. More
