Brad was always very responsive (typically texting or calling me back within minutes). He was pleasant and not at all a high pressure salesman. We ended up went in looking for a specific truck and started talking with Brad Malmgren. He asked me what all I wanted and advised me where to look. We ended up building my dream truck and ordering it. I put everything I wanted on it and Brad led me the whole way. He advised me on what was the best options while letting me make the final decision. He is friendly and pleasant and wants his customers to have the best experience. Very professional. I worked with Darren for over 6 months on a new Jeep order as it was affected by the chip shortage. The order was initially a 2021 but was converted over to a 2022. Darren stayed in consta on a new Jeep order as it was affected by the chip shortage. The order was initially a 2021 but was converted over to a 2022.
