Horrible experience. I had been trying for almost 2 weeks to settle price on my trade in. Finally found out vehicle was damaged during shipping. Which I understood things I had been trying for almost 2 weeks to settle price on my trade in. Finally found out vehicle was damaged during shipping. Which I understood things happen. Then it got ridiculous. They could not decide whether they were going to sell the car before it was repaired, They contacted Jeep and the damage part was NOT available. Fine. I had a trade and was willing to pay for shipping both ways which I felt was rather unusual since most dealers agreed to split the fees. Anyway, the new salesman I was now dealing with who seemed to know what was going on told me he would check with his GM about selling the car as is with the damage which I said I would take care of at my local dealer. The salesman said he would get back to me. NEVER CALLED. Instead called another customer here in Kansas City who I happened to know. Asking her if she could fly in and buy the car. WHAT was the salesman thinking since he knew I wanted the car. After emailing him again wondering what was going on and wondering why he did not call me. NO RESPONSE. Horrible lack of communication. Ken was the salesman I spoke with. Of course he was very pleasant initially. Then had NO ANSWER as to why he called another customer after I had been trying to purchase this particular SUV for almost 2 weeks, HORRIBLE experience poor communication. Buyer beware in your dealing with this company. Get everything in writing. Id they did not wish to accept my trade tell me. Be updront instead of playing games and trying to sell the vehicle behind my back. More
