I bought my jeep patriot new in 2014 from the Bill Luke Dealership on 27th and Camelback. The jeep had some initial issues from the factory that were eventually taken care of undr warranty.. There was also an issue with the X airbag warning light that would come on intermittently. That issue they never did correct. When I took it in this last time the warning light had been on steady for years. The reason I brought it in for repair is because someone, I never received notification from BLCJ, that there is a recall associated with the Airbag. All I got was grief. I was told before they even did any diagnostic that it was not a recall issue. I said well I had it in here a few weeks after I bought it for the same problem. The snotty attitude from the service representative caused me to just leave. I plan on giving the jeep to my grandson so I want the airbag issue fixed. I then called Larry Miller Jeep in Avondale. The service representative Clifford did a diagnostic scan as soon as I drove up. Took the jeep in. I received a call the next day stating that they found a loose connection and there was no charge. I've lived with that warning light being on for around 9 years. Thank you Larry Miller Jeep Avondale. As far as BLCJ. You have lost a customer. More
