Worse experience I've ever had with a dealership! I usually go to Bill Luke Chrysler j JEEP Dodge but I decided to go to Larry H Miller because it was closer to home. As a business and for customer service they have a lack of communication, no sense of urgency, there not held accountable for the sorry work they do on your vehicle, the will find anyway possible to charge you for unnecessary work. I wish I never bought a package oil change with because I do not trust them with my vehicle at all. I took my vehicle in for an inspection, I picked up my vehicle yesterday and noticed it still has the same issues.And now my vehicle seems to run way harder. I don't know what they are doing, but this dealership, it's very, very unprofessional
