First of all they took like 30 days to fix my ac . after 2 weeks they would tell me my car was going to be ready on Friday and it wasnt.they lend me a jeep and at first I was running good then after a after 2 weeks they would tell me my car was going to be ready on Friday and it wasnt.they lend me a jeep and at first I was running good then after a week all the lights started turning. I had to call roadside service 3 times in less than 24 hours for a battery jump. I was very pleased that the dealership was able to get my vehicle in right away without an appointment. Oscar was my servic hours for a battery jump. I was very pleased that the dealership was able to get my vehicle in right away without an appointment. Oscar was my service advisor. He was professional and made the process easy. A new battery was installed. They also did an oil change which I had previously scheduled for the following week. The only issue I had was some grease marks left on my light colored interior. They did offer that I can bring it back to be cleaned. More

It took 8 hours for an oil change, they said they were going to wash it and it was dirtier than I left it. Not sure how that happened and I also noticed a big scratch on my front bumper.
