I explained what was going on with my Jeep, told him I had the extended warranty. He asked if I had a ride home because they couldn't get to my vehicle till way later that afternoon. When I asked if a rental was covered he got very short with me. Could have been that I was a female or he just had a bad attitude. Turned out I needed a new battery. When I asked if my warranty covers that and the diagnostic, he chuckled a bit and said they never do. He didn't even offer to check with the warranty company, just took my money. This dealership was recommended by the dealership I purchased my Jeep from, and it was very close by. Next time I have an issue I'll go to a different Jeep dealership NOT Larry Miller Chrysler-Jeep More

Service Purchased a vehicle here in 2018 and did not realize we did not get a wheel lock to remove the wheels until the need to remove the tires came up. Went Purchased a vehicle here in 2018 and did not realize we did not get a wheel lock to remove the wheels until the need to remove the tires came up. Went back to Larry Miller Jeep asked if they could gives us one. They refused because it had been too long. Sad excuse not to cover the $65 we had to pay to buy the lock. Terrible customer service, I believe when you buy a car and still paying for it, they should treat you the same way as the first time when we purchase the car. Once you buy a car, they dont really care any more. The sales person made it seem like oh well you should have come back a lot sooner...WOW More
