The service advisors were barely beyond arms length. Only one of the 4 I saw was wearing a mask. The waiting room was in clear violation of the 6 foot rule recommended. There were a couple children running freely. I was one of three customers wearing a mask. I was only there because there was no other way to get my vehicle. The dealer should consider pick up/delivery of services vehicles. I cannot recommend this dealership during the pandemic. The work on my vehicle was done promptly and efficiently. The service advisor, Fred, was thorough and friendly. I would come back for the service, but not the environment. More

The service appointment went good itself. Took a lot longer then it should of though. A week later the dealer calls to ask for money from a mistake they made. Never going back to that dealership. I bought my Rubicon Unlimited there and was very happy with that experience. However, I take my jeep in for its first service and notified the service advisor prior, not to rotate my brand new 35 inch NIt with that experience. However, I take my jeep in for its first service and notified the service advisor prior, not to rotate my brand new 35 inch NIttos. Not only did I notify him verbally, when I did the key drop I checked oil change only. So I pick the jeep up, and they did rotate the tires, OK not the end of the world, so I asked did you rotate the spare in? He said no, I asked why not? He said, because you didn’t tell us too, LOL. So they took it back and rotated the spare in to the wrong position and wanted to argue about where it should go, I do not make the rules... the tire professionals do, it’s all over Google....however my service advisor, Michael Veselik, guessed differently with my $400.00 tires. So anyways, I go to leave and my glove box is wide open? xxx? So I leave, Realize my spare tire center-cap Is on upside down so I cannot see out of my camera. I also realize that my jeep has the same dirt and bugs everywhere,... even though they indicated they had washed it. Please note they had the jeep from 7AM till 4 PM. Overall not a good experience and I’m not sure I will be back More
