I called the service dept and talked to T.J. the service associate. He reserved the part which was in stock and scheduled an appointment the next day. We drive a motorhome and tow a Jeep behind. We had a problem in Louisiana and had it towed in to a local dealer. They assured us problem was fixed. When we arrived at our destination same problem. We attempted to charge battery but no success. Again we were towed in to Larry H. Miller service department we received a call several hours later to let us know Jeep was ready. The problem was a bad cell in battery which they replaced at no charge to us as vehicle had only 2990 miles on it and was still covered under warranty. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and Mark Chapman the service representative. He was very professional, courteous and got the job done. Thanks for a most pleasant experience. More
