I have a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and the lights went out, I took it in due to searching on line that its a none issue with Cherokees. 1st I had an appointment and they said would take a couple hours,( not the took it in due to searching on line that its a none issue with Cherokees. 1st I had an appointment and they said would take a couple hours,( not the case) Juan M. the service advisor then called and told that they needed more time to properly diagnose (but first he questioned me) (who has been in your car, we found things unplugged, then went off and insulted me by saying I had rats in my vehicle and I had rat chews on my wires) and had to leave it over the weekend. After I explained to him, that I NEVER let anyone besides this dealership work on my car, he blew me off, and then kept being adamant that I had rat chews, I GUARANTEED him that Garden Lakes DOES NOT HAVE RATS! I left my vehicle, mind you I have the full extended warranty, they sell you (Because I am a single mom, I want to make sure my car is taken care of, this is my sole transportation). I left the car, I get a call on Monday morning, and he says I dont have any kind of rat chews but the light bulbs are burnt out. So I asked if they are under warranty, being that this is a none issue with Cherokees, and he says no and that its 300 per light bulb. NEVER apologized for telling me anything about having rats or that my wires were chewed by rats. I am out 170.00 dollars to get insulted, and no one took ownership of the issue I am having. I have had every service done at this dealership, I have recommended folks to come here, but after this treatment and them not owning up to what the issue with my jeep is, I am SAD to be a Jeep Cherokee owner and WILL NEVER recommend anyone to this facility, I will figure something out. Also that service advisor, Juan Martinez needs to learn customer service and not be so rude and accusing. More
I cannot speak for the sales department but as for service I am extremely disappointed. I went int Saturday 7AM for a service appointment and was “helped” by Cliff. Everything was fine up until the point he was informed I had an extended warranty. He made it a big issue that they aren’t open weekends, which I know. He claimed it would “cost me more” because I did it on Saturday compared to a week day. I tried to explain to him that I work M-F and wouldn’t be able to come during the week and he didn’t give me any alternatives other than “it’s going to end up costing you more”. I’m currently waiting on a service manager to call me back but I will not be coming back. More

When I decided to buy a car with more safety equipment, and I was impressed with the Subaru. Because of my positive experience with Larry Miller, ended up with a new Subaru, 2021. Again, because of the professional and personal experience of this dealership, and the accessibility of my service technician, I have had a wonderful and successful experience with Larry Miller. One more reason - in the service area, we were given the cell phone, and department phone numbers of.our techs, which made them more reachable. I miss the yearly “Customer Appreciation “ day, which was a victim of the virus. Thank you to the whole staff at Larry Miller. More
