My issue is with the service center. Every appointment takes 3-5 hours or requires that leave my vehicle for 2-3 days if it needs to he diagnosed. I purchased the extended warranty and every single time I am advised of fees and I have to remind folks of the warranty; sometime multiple times during the same visit. My most recent visit I was informed that my wheel lock was missing and that it was documented at my last visit. Shame on me for not reading the paper, because I asked for proof and it was indeed documented however I was not informed by my service person that my tire rotation did not happen as a result of this. Wouldn’t you think we would have figured out that it was missing before I brought it in for a tire repair today? Luckily I carry a compressor and have never gotten a flat. No one stopped me to ask where it was. Not Until today. Now it is missing and I have literally never needed to change my tire therefore it should still be in my glove compartment. I was sent home today told that I should look for it becuase again, if I get a flat I will be stuck. I was offered a new tire lock for a $80+ fee. I don’t feel I should have to pay for it because I did not lose it. However, giving the benefit of the doubt I will check when I get home, however again, I know I won’t find it because the only place it should be is in my glove compartment. I’d like to say that Juan, my current service person is at least kind and respectful. I have been patronized by other service people. He has been the best so far, though I am very unhappy about the wheel lock situation. More

I took the car in to have the batteries replaced (I have two). After the work was completed, the car was not left where they told me it would be. It was still back at the Service Center entrance. They forgot to reset it. I took it back a few days later to have the uConnect soft reset, and they didn't know how to do that. So now I have to take it to someone else to get that fixed. Pretty sad a Jeep dealer doesn't know how to do that, or maybe the guy I was working with didn't know, and didn't know how to ask someone else working then how to do that. More
