I was just looking around at cars. When i was approached by Brian Stenson (sales). We were unsure which vehicle would work best, so we filled out the credit application and left it in the hands of the experts to see what we qualified for. Within a few days we had been qualified for an amount that put us in the right price range for the monthly payment that we wanted and Chad had a list of several vehicles that fit into that price range to show us. We were very impressed with how easy going Chad was and how easy it was to work with him. We have had some very poor experiences in the past at different dealers and this experience was a breath of fresh air. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Jeep Compass and absolutely love it! Not once have we had buyers remorse with this purchase. It is perfect! More

I came to the dealership to look at the new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude editions and was greeted immediately by Joe as soon as I pulled up. The color I wanted was no longer in stock at Avondale Chrysler/Jeep but we test drove a black one and fell even more in love with the SUV. Upon returning to the lot after a test drive Joe said he had some good news, they had found the cherry red color I wanted at a dealer in Tucson. To top it all off it was at a reduced price because it was the outgoing model year. Joe went above and beyond to get the car pulled into their inventory to get me the exact one I wanted and at an excellent price. Joe personally drove to Tucson to drive it back to their dealership the very next day. The finance manager Ron was extremely friendly and helpful during the approval process and getting me financed. I felt more like I was getting an inside deal than being sold a car. The experience was unlike any I have ever had at any other dealership. I would absolutely recommend this group of people to anyone thinking of getting a new car. Unparalleled service and a friendly staff make the difference and I will most definitely be returning for my next purchase.
