Bad experience in the service department I was given an estimate for a spark plug replacement on a ford f150 back in May after a diagnosis from them. When I took it back for the service, the I was given an estimate for a spark plug replacement on a ford f150 back in May after a diagnosis from them. When I took it back for the service, they took to 2 days to tell me that their mechanic did not feel comfortable doing the job so it was up to me to still have it done or I can take it to Rodeo Ford myself. I was so frustrated because they had the truck for 2 days just to tell me this. Why was I given an estimate on a job that they don't feel competent doing. I will definitely not go back. More

He will literally try to find the vehicle that suites you and your needs and wants. A knowledgeable salesman is key. Knowing your inventory, knowing about the customer and his/her needs, exploring different options, to show and teach you different small options you may think are important and convenient.
