I told him everything I was looking for in my new vehicle, minutes later I was in the driver's seat of a brand new Jeep that fit the bill exactly, He seemed to have memorized all the inventory he had on hand, even had vast knowledge of what was at the other Larry H Miller lots. I had been snubbed by salespeople at other dealerships, but not this one. Time was taken to go over all features of the vehicle and my financing options. I don't think I'll be needing another vehicle anytime soon but when that time comes I'll definitely be contacting Joe at Larry H Miller. More

Excellent I feel that as a salesman you need to have the customer look at what they want and answer any questions or suggest something like upgrades. When we first got there we were lead to the vehicle model we wanted, but it was the upgraded package. It was a very nice vehicle, just not what we wanted. So when it came down to pricing we were on 2 different price points. I think you start with the base model then try to work customers into the upgraded package. More
