Raul Baldarama is AMAZING!! Raul is the only reason why I purchased a $100,000 vehicle from your dealership. His patience and sincerity is what stopped us from just walking. I don’t don’t appreciate being talked down to from your sales managers as if I don’t know what I am getting and I am not familiar with the finance process . I am purchasing a $100,000 vehicle you would think I’d know a little about what is going on and what I am getting into as if I didn’t do my research upfront. When you make me feel like a child telling me there is nothing more you can do then come back five minutes later with something better it is obvious that your primary goal is to fill your pockets and not to deliver on your customers expectations. This is why people dread going to dealerships because of the sneaky and malicious practices of sales managers like yours. If it wasn’t for Raul we would have walked and purchase the vehicle online or just drive to Scottsdale and to tell me that the taxes are higher in Scottsdale and I’ll pay more is ridiculous I’m already spending $100,000 why would I care about taxes the point was I don’t appreciate been taking advantage of and it was obvious that that is what they were doing. Raul locked this deal for you, you should really consider taking a portion of the incentive I am sure your sales managers will be getting and give it to him. He doesn’t even work for Jeep! I was looking for a dodge and asked about the Jeep and he took the time to walk me over and help coordinate everything. He was AMAZING! The finance guy was cool as well. Sales managers too sneaky. You need to come up with an up front/ no secret type of sales process. I feel sorry for your customers that don’t like confrontation and don’t know how to negotiate. I’m not saying that I do know how to do this, I’m saying I don’t like it. It’s uncomfortable and makes the experience that is supposed to be exciting for the consumer feel untruthful. Morale of the story, improve your customer experience with your sales managers, replicate the experience that Raul delivers and make sure he is recognized for his efforts and this sale. He delivered a Hail Mary for you. Also, we LOVE our Jeep! The survey scores I listed below are strictly for Raul and the finance guy. I don’t remember the finance guys name or the sales manager but you can find who helped me. I’m sure you don’t sell $100,000 daily. I just bought it last week. More
