Jeep Purchase The sales person (Terry) was great and actually went out into the pouring rain to bring a Jeep to the covered area for us to test drive. Terry went above and beyond to provide outstanding support to us. The area of dis-satisfaction is from the Financial perspective. The Jeep was clearly posted on the Internet website for final price of $30,015 (we have screenshots of the listing if you want to review it). The price indicated Total discounts of $13,530 (there was nothing that said / specified that you had to qualify for these discounts). When the Financial Mgmt realized their error, they stated that the website said you had to look at the discounts to see which would apply. There is Absolutely Nothing on the site that states the customer has to check for applicable discounts. So, the Financial Mgmt team started their traditional Car Sales "negotiation tactics" to extract additional money (back and forth). The interesting part of this classic Bait and Switch issue is that while we were talking with Finance, the website was updated and the price was increased. How is that even possible (not technically, but ethically and possibly legally)?? After several volleys back and forth, it was clear Larry H Miller was not going to stand-by the internet listed price and we came to an agreed upon price. This experience is not what I expected from a large dealership in the Phoenix Valley...very disappointed in the financial team and experience at Larry H Miller - some kind of "family" that your adds and emails claim! Alex is the best! We had shopped around for several days, visiting several dealerships in our area all leaving us stressed and unsatisfied with the customer service pro We had shopped around for several days, visiting several dealerships in our area all leaving us stressed and unsatisfied with the customer service provided by other sales men. For the last and final time we headed home frustrated with our experiences, ready to give up somehow Facebook decided to notify me of one last dealership we should look at which led us to Alex’s Car Lot! I contacted Alex right then and there as one final attempt in purchasing a car. We set an appointment for the next morning. We were greeted as if we were family! I cannot express how pleased we were with the amazing customer service we received from Alex and the entire staff there. We drove off that same day with two 2018 Jeep Renegades with a non running Jeep Cherokee as trade in (seriously had to be towed in) and zero money down! As we all know when financing a car the final step is filling out a TON of dreaded paperwork while your BRAND NEW CAR is sitting outside calling your name making you want to just hurry up and get it finalized but also wanting to make sure you understand exactly what your signing. That’s when we met Sam in finance, he made the last step quick and efficient while making sure he answered any questions we had. We were handed our keys and as we left we had come to the conclusion that the car buying experience that they offer is by far the best in the Phoenix and surrounding areas have to offer! More
