Theft or negligence I am a multi car owner from this dealership my first vehicle all services were good but I traded my car in for a truck that is raised I have taken it I am a multi car owner from this dealership my first vehicle all services were good but I traded my car in for a truck that is raised I have taken it in twice for oil changes and both times a cap off my rims has come up missing. He tried very hard to get me in car. Unfortunately i didn't have enough credit. Didn't gualify. He didnt stop there. He called me on a Monday, made an appointment to meet Wednesday. He was with a customer, so refer me to another team member. All and all drove home in a new Journey. He went above and beyond to get me in a car, even if he didn't make the sale. Awesome guy! More
