Nothing but problems Last year we bought a new Jeep Renegade from Larry H Miller in Avondale, AZ and have had nothing but problems with it. First there was a light on the Last year we bought a new Jeep Renegade from Larry H Miller in Avondale, AZ and have had nothing but problems with it. First there was a light on the dash that wouldn’t go off and the service department swore that there was nothing wrong on the second trip they decided to fix it. Then we had problems with the backup camera again they said nothing was wrong. The camera would not turn off even when driving. This would also make it impossible to use anything else on the media dashboard. We took a video of us driving with the camera still showing when we had the car in reverse. When we showed them the video they said they would fix it. After several hours of waiting they said it was fixed. Within a week we’re back with the same problem. They said they needed to order a part and would be able to fix it within a week. Now our hatchback doesn’t stay closed. We have been in the service department twice and we still have the same problem and their solution is to sell us another car. We don’t have the time to be sitting in the service department again waiting for a repair that may or may not work and we certainly don’t want to buy another lemon for more money. They seem unable and unwilling to solve the issue. We have to leave on a trip and we are not sure if we will be able to lock this piece of junk. These people have shown extremely poor service after the sale and are not willing to correct the issue. I highly recommend doing business elsewhere. More
