Have to say I was very disappointed that my advisor did not keep in touch with me on updates of my truck. not even a single courtesy call. i would call , leave messages, even emailed. I had a service appointment at 7am. Fred promised it would be done in 4 hours. The dealership is charging me 3x what Discount Tires offered to replace my tire pressure sensors for ($300 Fred promised it would be done in 4 hours.
