He was thorough in exploring options to keep payments where we needed them. Don, the General Manager greated us when ever he saw us at the dealership. He is a "hands on" manager and as a customer, we appreciated his involvement with his staff and dedication to his company. We added some after market accessories, Jacob was our go to guy. He gave us a good education as to putting a lift on our vehicle (the incredible Jeep Wrangler Call of Duty) as well as options for oversized tires. The Sales guys, Randy and Brian were GREAT. The finance guy Ron was HORRIBLE. Those two statements summarize our entire experience at your dealership. Brian and Randy did really well as a team in making us feel welcome and comfortable doing business with your company while Ron was condescending, egotistical and obviously prefers to belittle the customer. He talks around in circles and never gets to the point. It felt like I was talking to a stereo-typical, plaid jacket wearing used car salesman that can't be trusted. I nearly walked away from this purchase because of Ron but decided that it wouldn't be fair to everyone else. Would I still recommend your dealership to my friends? Yes, BUT STAY AWAY FROM RON! More
