After I expressed interest in a Jeep I saw online he I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Branden at Larry Miller Jeep Avondale. After I expressed interest in a Jeep I saw online he was quick to respond and talked to me about what options I wanted in a vehicle so I would be happy with my purchase. I live across town and was upfront that I couldn't get the dealership for a few days and he did not pressure me to come in like most salesman do. I completed everything for financing online and all I had to do is going in an pick the Jeep I wanted. Branden stayed in contact with me, sending me links to vehicles that fit what I wanted. He always returned my texts and phone calls and when I got to the dealership Branden already had the keys for the vehicles that we discussed so I didn't have to wait. He did show me a few other vehicles so I could see all the options and pick what was best for me. There was no games played, the final price was what we talked about and there were no hidden surprises. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I asked. I ended up choosing a jeep renegade and am very happy with purchase. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and hands down Branden Priemer is probably the best salesman I have had. I recommend him to friends, family and coworkers. If you want a great experience at a dealership, you need to ask for him. More
Love my Jeep; buying process sucked #1 - I love my Jeep. #2 - I was NOT thrilled with the purchase experience. In fact, I wasn't even happy with that process or the communication I've #1 - I love my Jeep. #2 - I was NOT thrilled with the purchase experience. In fact, I wasn't even happy with that process or the communication I've received afterward. -- When I went through finance (after 9 p.m.), the finance person wrote up a "worst-case scenario" deal so he could print the paperwork since he couldn't talk with the banks at that time of night. He promised to call me the next day with an update on the interest rate. That never happened, and surprise, I ended up with the worst case scenario. I did even talk with my sales rep and he said he'd have finance call me, but again, no call ever. (And I even talked to my bank (USAA) and KNOW I could have gotten a better rate -- my feeling is the finance guy didn't even try.) -- The "next-level" sales person was telling me about the "Desert Protection Package" my Jeep had, which includes wheel locks and a spare tire cover. Well, he COMPLETELY misrepresented the cost of the lug locks (by about $150!) and I never even got the spare tire cover. -- There was a charge for tint on my invoice. I called back to sales rep and he said the dealership tinted the Jeep, but a call to Jeep told me that the Willy's Wrangler comes tinted. -- One of the sales reps (mine was out sick that night) said I had to make sure to lock the back door separately that it wouldn't lock otherwise. That led me to believe the Jeep had power locks. It doesn't. And went in to get my key set (was led to believe I had a valet key and my other keys would be available next day) and I brought this up, the attitude from the sales people was "oh well, that's the way it is" ... -- There were other inaccuracies the sales people used that just don't pan out to be true. ----The engine is NOT the top 5 of all engines in the world. It's a good engine and well rated, but it's not top 5 -- never has been. ----The wheels on the Willy's are NOT the same as in the Rubicon (as sales said). They're similar, but walking around the lot since then and investigating online shows the Rubicon wheels are different. -- Tried to contact the manager before I submitted my online survey and DID get a call back, but left a message for him so we could discuss these things before I submitted my survey and he never called back. Overall, just a bad sales experience there. Some of these things could be forgivable if the sales/finance/management had at least tried a little more in their communication efforts, or at least ACTED like they cared about the issues, but I really never had that feeling. More

Unfortunately we heard that they no lo We just stopped in to look at some Chrysler town and country's because we're expecting our first child in July. Unfortunately we heard that they no longer make them, and have the Pacifica instead. We LOVED the Pacifica, but at this moment it was more than we wanted to spend for a second vehicle. We still did a test drive, and are sold on it.. we're just waiting till next year (or the year after) to purchase one. While there we were kind of looking at other vehicles too, and my husband fell in love with the Jeep Patriot. We did a test drive, fell in love all over again with it and decided that the Patriot will do for a second car until we're ready to purchase the Pacifica. I feel absolutely confident to drive my new baby around in the Patriot, and the salesman we were working with, Alexander, was so helpful and patient. We will definitely be back at Chrysler/Jeep as we have never ever had such a good experience at a car dealership. My husband and I needed some time to go over our finances and to decide if we really wanted to do it and they left us alone and we're patient with us and not at all pushy. More
