Have been struggling with other Chrysler/ Dodge de Basic oil change & tire rotation that turned into an extremely helpful experience thanks to Austin. Have been struggling with other Chrysler/ Dodge dealers in Colorado in regards to my service plan & extended warranty - previously purchased in VA. Austin was able to iron out some of those previous difficulties immediately and send me on my way quickly. Will definitely be back for additional service/ maintenance. Many thanks! More

Honest job Baught a charger in 2008. 124,000 miles 8 years later it needed warranty work. Dodge honored the warranty and put a brand new hemi motor in the car. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Service department has the WORST customer service!!!! I bought my 2015 Durango in January of 2015 and my husband purchased our oil changes and tire ro Service department has the WORST customer service!!!! I bought my 2015 Durango in January of 2015 and my husband purchased our oil changes and tire rotations. I have went to have my vehicle serviced several times and NOT ONE of my visits were even satisfactory! It always takes 3-4 hours, even though each time they say max 2 hours. At each of these visits I have tired to be patient and understanding but at one of my more recent visits I was couldn't deal and was just FURIOUS!!! At this visit, which I had an appointment for, I was scheduled for a tire rotation, oil change, a car wash and to replace a license plate bulb that was suppose to replaced at my last visit. I was instructed it would take 1 hour to 2 hours. I instructed that is fine as long as I'm out of here 2 and half hours cause I need to pick up my child from school across town. At the 2 hour and 15 minute mark I went to see where my car was . I saw it on the rack not washed. I then went to the staff and instructed them I needed to leave and reminded them that I needed to travel across town to get my son. She said she would check and be right back. When she returned I was told that "when they were washing it they found an oil leak so had to put it back on the rack". I quickly let her know I knew that I knew that was a lie and wanted to talk to the manger and wanted my car now. The manger said he understood my disappointment and anger because they had completely failed me since the beginning. He instructed me that the next time I came in to make sure he is aware so he can make sure I will be taken care of. I left and was still so furious, not only because I was lied to but also because they again didn't replace my light bulb or wash my car! I returned today to get my lightbulb replaced, which they said they would order 3 weeks ago at my last visit and fix my psi that was never right from when they rotated my tires. I also instructed Max,the service representative, that he needed to let the manger, Matt, know I was there. Another 2 and half hours later I went to check on my car and I seen the tech working on my license plate bulb but didn't change it. I then followed him to the service desk and he told the representative that they didn't have the bulb for my car. As they see me standing there, they told him to take one from a car on the lot because I have came in several times trying to get this replaced. During all of this I never seen the manager and never felt "taken care of", as I was instructed by the manger at my last visit. I couldn't believe it took 2 and half hours to fill my tires with air and change a bulb that they didn't know they had until 2 and half hours of waiting! This place is a JOKE, both with the old owner and the new owner! No excuses for this lack of customer service! More
