I told her he was leaving for college the following week and she said let me see what I can do. She came back and said they would get it done for us. She was friendly, helpful and made it happen. Would never bring my vehicle back here again. It took 6 weeks to do a break job. My Service guy jon is horrible and returning calls. Left an email still never return my email. The only option that I had l left was for me to go to the dealership to check on my vehicle every couple days because they never answer the phone or call back Left me no choice, but to go over Jon’s head and talk to the service department manager. After six weeks with my truck in the shop I had to make another appointment to get something done to my truck. They told me that it would take three days at least to do what they needed to do and I would have my truck back by the fourth day. I ended up going back over there trying to figure out why I haven’t not got a call back yet. They said that it won’t be done till the following Friday so now my truck sat there for almost 2 weeks. I had pay for rental car for and extra week. After the first go round, you would think that they would give me a loaner, but they said that they don’t give out any loaners. I thought the whole point of making an appointment for your vehicle to go into the shop is that it would start to be worked on that week. Thats Not the case. The whole six weeks there my vehicle was in the shop. The first time I had to fight with Chrysler warranty company to warranty my truck because when I made the appointment the first time for the truck to go into the shop, it was at under 100,000 miles when I made the first appointment it would take three weeks for them to get my truck in so now that I went over the 100,000 miles warranty. I had to argue for six weeks with Chrysler warranty company to finally get them to pay for the repairs for my truck. Meanwhile, They only paid for half of what needed to be fixed on my truck because they supposedly said that I went over 100,000 miles even though it was their fault that they couldn’t get my truck in till three weeks after I made my appointment So they only honored half of what was needed to be fixed. After getting my truck back the first time I spoke with the manager of the dealership and I asked him what can you do to help with my repairs or the bill. I think after your truck set there for six weeks no one called you back or answered the phone or emailed me back. I thought it was fair for them to at least give me somewhat of a discount I got a laugh in the face and said if you give a good review will knock 10% off the bill. 10% is like knocking off the taxes of the bill. That just tells you right there if the manager asked you to write a good review to get 10% off your bill that shows you how desperate the dealership needs good reviews yes,I did put a good review to get the 10% off my bill but now that I have my truck and it’s finally out the shop. I am writing this review over being honest about the service that they gave me while my truck was at the dealership getting repaired. If this was the only Dodge dealership in the state of Colorado, I would literally drive thousands of miles to a different dealership that would not ask me to write a good review for 10% off The bill. I would never ever bring my truck back to Larry H Miller dealership again or recommend anyone to go there The service Larry Miller Chrysler Dodge ram dealership is horrible. I would definitely think twice about buying a vehicle from this dealership after asking someone to lie about a review to get 10% off their bill that just shows you that a salesman will lie to you straight to your face to get you to buy a vehicle. I don’t know how a salesman can live with themselves and go to sleep at night without a bad conscience of the things that they do to get someone to buy a vehicle. I was in Denver for work and working 7 days a week. I was able to get some time off to get an oil change on my new truck. Without an appointment they worked me in.
