I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about a month ago, and the experience has been a nightmare. I live 3 hours away (one way) and made the 6-hour round trip after finding the truck I wanted. After agreeing on the price, I waited 2 hours just to get into finance. Once there, the finance officer presented two sets of paperwork: one with errors and another that was supposedly correct. Somehow, both sets had errors. By the time I caught the mistake, I was already driving home. The next morning, I called the dealership, and they assured me it could be corrected—if I came back in. I rearranged my schedule, made another 6-hour round trip, signed the “corrected” paperwork, and was promised everything would be fixed. Fast forward two weeks, and I get a promissory note from the bank showing that my loan amount is $5,000 more than what it should be. This is not some small error—this is $5,000! When I tried to contact the dealership, I was met with nothing but excuses. For the past two weeks, I’ve been getting the runaround from everyone at the dealership. Promises of "I’ll call you back" or "I’ll handle it first thing in the morning" have gone nowhere. Not a single call back. Not a single answer. I’m still owed $5,000, and no one seems to know how to answer two simple questions: How did this happen, and where is my money? This kind of incompetence and lack of professionalism is beyond frustrating. A 5-minute conversation could have resolved this weeks ago, but instead, I’ve been left hanging. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, and I’ll be making sure everyone I know hears about this ridiculous experience. More

When asking for information needed it was not provided nor was there any type of answer from emails and texts with Ale while looking for cars to buy.
