Wondering if I will ever see my vehicle again Had my 2007 dodge dakota serviced there, replaced the power steering pump. Couple of days later it went out. Being a returning customer with a service failure I thought that they would handle it a little bit quicker, Called many times over the past 4 weeks heard many excuses "still looking at it", "tech is out to lunch", and "tech has bigger projects right now", "owe he is working on it right will be ready first thing in the morning". Here I am still with out my vehicle and today can not even get an answer. I feel like my truck being repaired is like a back yard weekend project. More
