I will not be using this dealer again for service on my 2013 Ram. First I had an extended warranty and the coverage was not included in the quote I was provided. Second I was given 3 different dates that work would be completed. In the midst of the 2.5 weeks it was in the shop I made the mistake of letting them know I would be out of town for 4 days during which time nothing was done and no communication. When I got back I had to call to get status only to find out that they had found more issues. When I would call the phone was very rarely answered promptly. I waited 8 minutes listening to the phone ring during one time before it was answered. Had to leave message for Travis many times that were never returned. On my way home i noticed the windshield cracked wheee it wasn’t before. Called and was not asked to bring it back in, just next time you are in we will determine if it was caused by something we did. Since I will not be visiting that dealer again, I will just have it fixed. Having experience as to how they work I imagine it will take 3 or 4 days to determine they are not taking responsibility and I cannot afford to be without my truck that long again. My previous experience was making a 7:00 appointment for an oil change and fuel fikter, being on time for my appointment and setting I the waiting area for 3.5 hours. My time is more valuable than that. i have had dodge/ram pickups for over 10 years and love them but will probably change brands next time I am ready to buy. More

I must say that, it was a pleasant experience to have a salesperson (Willie) who was unassuming, yet very attentive to the customers needs. I have had some good car buying situations in the past. I was Awestruck, if there is such a statement, that the sales manager (Alex), left his position behind the desk to have a person to person contact with the customer. Dealt with all of my challenging questions with the utmost professionalism. I would certainly recommend Larry H. Miller to meet all of your needs.
