Service dept Unbelievable worst service; so inadequate, I don't know where to start. I wanted to get 4 new tires. got the estimate and agreed to it. Dropped the car on a Thursday morning at 8am was told the car would definitely be ready on Saturday morning. I showed up on Saturday morning, Travis the service agent who waited on me was not there. Not only that but the other technicians ignored me until I started raising my voice about where my vehicle was. Finally several service idiots searched and there was no paperwork to be found, the tires had not been ordered and they had no idea where my vehicle was on the lot. Someone did find my keys and vehicle in the back lot. These people are all on the same page and cover with STUPID excuses for one another. When I was there trying to get my car there was another customer livid mad as well. Read these reviews and notice the recent dates on them. This dealership should be shut down! WARNING!
