When I arrived I was bombarded with sales questions including "if they can come up with a deal can we get you in the truck today" what part of test drive is foreign to you? The salesman asked about monthly payments, again TEST DRIVE ONLY. The salesman then left to talk with the manager, when he came back he indicated that I might not be able to test drive due to not being interested in a purchase. He asked about a trade in,, and ll the questions about trading my car. The whole sales gestapo pitch is cliche. You guys do a great job at it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. ONLY interested in sales and every negative car saleman thought anyone has thought of is right here at this dealership. More

Worst experience I have ever had. My air conditioning would not turn off, they had my car for a full week. No rental car, no offer for a loner car, nothing...my car was still under warranty. Service dept Unbelievable worst service; so inadequate, I don't know where to start. I wanted to get 4 new tires. got the estimate and agreed to it. Dropped the car on a Thursday morning at 8am was told the car would definitely be ready on Saturday morning. I showed up on Saturday morning, Travis the service agent who waited on me was not there. Not only that but the other technicians ignored me until I started raising my voice about where my vehicle was. Finally several service idiots searched and there was no paperwork to be found, the tires had not been ordered and they had no idea where my vehicle was on the lot. Someone did find my keys and vehicle in the back lot. These people are all on the same page and cover with STUPID excuses for one another. When I was there trying to get my car there was another customer livid mad as well. Read these reviews and notice the recent dates on them. This dealership should be shut down! WARNING!
