Lost wheel lock key. Drove the car too stealership and they refused to help. They had the key but wanted nearly $100. I mostly have had excellent service all the way around except phone in experience. I had a frustrating experience checking on my extended warranty because one LMP does not share records of service or war except phone in experience. With a lot of footwork on my own, I got it taken care of although. Everything else including the excellent service we got from Rick Bell. He was friendly and really tried to help us through the process. But it was also hard to contact him by phone! That is really my only concern. More

Worst experience of my life. Sold me a lemon. Kept it for 60 days said it was repaired. Now a year later it’s back in a shop for same exact issues and this dealership now says it Sold me a lemon. Joe in the service department was a tremendous help! I live full time in my converted dodge ram promaster and took it in to have my breaks be replaced. He really went out of his way to assure that I I live full time in my converted dodge ram promaster and took it in to have my breaks be replaced. He really went out of his way to assure that I would have my van be done before closing so I can sleep in my home. The dealership carried different break pads that didn’t match my vehicle so he took the time to leave and pick up the correct pads to make sure I have my van back before the night. The service department/dealership is lucky to have him and I will definitely come back to this location because of Joe’s customer service!! More

My vehicle had been broken down on a Sunday morning in Denver. Had my vehicle towed to the dealership for repair. Spoke with Mr. Rick in the service department about the breakdown and the fact I was stran Denver. Had my vehicle towed to the dealership for repair. Spoke with Mr. Rick in the service department about the breakdown and the fact I was stranded alone at a hotel 900 miles from home. I was assured they would look at the vehicle as soon as possible. I spoke with Mr. Rick Tuesday morning and was told he has a tech on the vehicle now and is awaited their findings. Hopefully a simple fix. Later that afternoon Mr. Rick recontated me stating the vehicle was fixed and he was sending me a ride to pickup my vehicle. My ride arrived and found it was Lyft service. Upon arrival I found the dealership/shop had paid for my Lyft ride. Further they only charged me for an hour service. They really helped me in my moment of dispear. I had been gone from home for 5 days and without Me. Rick's help, I would still be sporting life in a Denver hotel. Thank you so much!! More
