Living over 200 miles from the dealership, our discussions were through email, text and phone, and I had every confidence I was getting the same attention as if I had been in the showroom. Nathan's also been attentive after the sale. While returning from fueling the soon-to-be mine Jeep, a rock hit the windshield, causing a crack. Naturally it was disappointing, but accidents happen. Nathan's been in touch, keeping me up to date on when a replacement windshield can be installed. It isn't often a salesperson remembers a customer once the ink on the contract is dry, but Nathan does, and for that, I highly recommend him and Larry H. Miller. More
