SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS INEPT! They don't do the work!!! SERVICE DEPT IS HORRIBLE!! They dont do all the work requested and cant fix chronic issues! READ OTHERS REVIEWS IT IS NOT JUST ME THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! I have a 2015 Jeep Renegade that has visited the service department for basic oil changes and check engine lights (SAME ISSUE THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED) and a stuck key, THAT WAS A TOTAL SCREW UP. They have not rotated the tires and this last time during a test drive they got road paint all over the front driver side and will not pay to get it cleaned. The Service Department does not do the work they are supposed to and returns the car with grease on the door or sticky stuff from the cleaners on the dash, oily finger marks on the headliner or now road paint. 1st Oil change 7/14/15 oil on shift knob and steering wheel, 2nd 10/9 15 sticky stuff inside on window and dash, since then other little things, oily finger prints on the doors, last set of seat covers had oil on the dirver side by the seat adjustment lever, little stuff but this is my car and they should take care of it. This while they cant fix the check engine light and 4x4 not working. READ ON to see the lie they had to admit to! The last two oil change/tire rotation visits they did not rotate my tires. I pointed this out the 1st time as the low tire pressure on 1 tire was in the same place. They told me the sensor had not "reset" and that was the issue. The second time I took pictures before I dropped it off, and at completion I showed Jon Cambell the pictures of before and after, he immediatly told me that the sensor had not been reset, I had already driven the car from the dealer to federal and back, he then said that the tire sensor must be bad. I drove the vehicle home checked the pressure with my gauge, it was low, filled it up and then took a picture of the dash showing the sensor was not bad as it read the same all the other 3 tires now. I sent these pictures to Jon and at that time he admitted that the work was not done and that it would appear the tires were not rotated the last two times. I have had a check engine light that comes on and the 4x4 does not work, that have had it 3 times prior to the last complaint and they can not fix it. This time they put in a new wiring harness, test drove the vehicle and ran over white road paint and will not pay to get it cleaned. They state that there is no road work going on where they drove it. I am on a mission now to make sure you know what your getting into these guys are awfull. They will take you car as they get paid from chrysler to perform warrenty work that they dont seem to be able perform. THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY YOU DONT GET THE SERVICE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO! More

Horrible experience never again Jadon Tunis was are sales rep. We have had nothing but problems with the car he sold my dad. First off on the test drive Insaid something about the car bouncing around and the shimmy I felt, he said must need tires rotated and balanced. Ok yeah... So my dad went ahead and bought the stupid car. First off he had to come in twice to sign paper work. We noticed shock was missing from back passenger wheel. Came on and talked to Allen who supposedly was a manager, let him know about issue, he said wait until this "great warranty" they sold my dad to kick in and it would cover it. They never sent in registration paper work so dad had to pay for a extension. Went back to dealership spoke to Jadon the guy who sold him the car, who said he would take it and get it taking care of immediately. He drove off in my dads car, came back and said it was there when we got the car HA. When he took it to wherever all they did was paint a blue line on the other shock.. Jadon said the shock was ripped off and we must have done it cause they would never sell a car that way. BS. My dad then took it to service department and low and behold the "great warranty"!doesnt cover it. So dad takes car to reputable car mechanic who says " there is no way this just happened it is All rusted out been this way a long time" this dealership did not only screw my dad in the car they put him in they have also endangered his Life and everyone else's who rides in the car. With a $2000 dollar price for my dad to get this fixed. More
Just another dealership I inquired about pricing on a used 2014 Honda Odyssey LHM had on the lot. The price seemed very reasonable, so I scheduled a test drive. On the test d I inquired about pricing on a used 2014 Honda Odyssey LHM had on the lot. The price seemed very reasonable, so I scheduled a test drive. On the test drive, I verified pricing with Nathan. Everything seemed to be in good shape, so I scheduled a longer test drive so that I could show my wife the next day. I drove up to get the car on a Saturday morning. After I had it home and had shown my wife and kids, I received a phone call from Nathan that he had made a mistake on pricing and it was actually $10K more expensive than he had quoted. Obviously, I immediately returned the vehicle. Nathan met me at the door with a "deal" to make things right with a slight discount on the upcharged price. He also offered me $8,000 on my trade, when the lowest offer I had received from other dealerships was $9,500. Obviously, it was not a "deal." I was assured by Nathan and his manager Bill that the original pricing mistake was merely an accident. I am inclined to believe them, but given the 3 day time frame that the original price had stood for and the timing of the phone call to let me know pricing was different, the seed of doubt enters one's mind. The bottom line is that you shouldn't expect this to be any different than any other dealership. You MUST negotiate everything. Shop around. You have to be ready for unannounced fees and "option packages" to be added to your bill. And, you have to tolerate and expect the typical sales tactics that dealerships are known for. I wish you the best of luck in your used car search. God knows we all need it. More

The service department however left a little to be desired. When dropping off my car for some extras we wanted installed not one person from the service department looked up from their computer to greet me. I finally had to ask if I was in the right area. (I wasn't.) Then I had some questions about the extras we were having installed, and was treated with open hostility and rudeness by Dan Knofke (sp?). He was blatantly rude and passive aggressive. Even when I called him on it he didn't change his tune or apologize. I don't think I would have made this purchase had I dealt with the service department and Dan first. More
