my first online purchase I didnt know you could get a written guarantee over the phone, boy was i wrong, Ira showed me the way, and worked with me from the comforts of my home I didnt know you could get a written guarantee over the phone, boy was i wrong, Ira showed me the way, and worked with me from the comforts of my home. all i had to do was show up after we agreed on a price and test drive the truck i wanted, a 2014 Nissan Frontier Pro4X, and then just sign the paperwork. But we left with a relationship that we will forget cherish. They at not your average dealership. They treat you as if you were RFD first person they saw that day even though we were there will past closing. You will never find a more caring dealership that wants you to succeed. How do you mess up a basic oil change? We purchased our jeep from Larry Miller new in 2014, and while they were friendly when we bought the car the service after has been terrible. The fin We purchased our jeep from Larry Miller new in 2014, and while they were friendly when we bought the car the service after has been terrible. The final straw was when we took our car in for a standard oil change/routine maintenance and it took 3 trips and multiple calls to get everything fixed. They tried to overcharge us and we ended up fighting the bill with our credit card company, and fortunately the credit card company sided with us. We are now looking for a dealership that has better reviews even if it means we have to drive much further to get our car serviced. More
