How do you mess up a basic oil change? We purchased our jeep from Larry Miller new in 2014, and while they were friendly when we bought the car the service after has been terrible. The final straw was when we took our car in for a standard oil change/routine maintenance and it took 3 trips and multiple calls to get everything fixed. They tried to overcharge us and we ended up fighting the bill with our credit card company, and fortunately the credit card company sided with us. We are now looking for a dealership that has better reviews even if it means we have to drive much further to get our car serviced. More
