Shortly after we started our search, Steven Elwell called for the dealership to introduce himself and make himself available as a contact if we had any questions. Several days later, and without a lot of pushy follow-up phone calls or emails, we stopped by the dealership to see some of the vans in person. Steven met us there and patiently worked with us identifying which vehicle would best meet our family's needs. A quick test drive later, we were in the show room working through some price details. The staff seemed willing to negotiate and gave us a good deal on a trade and made it easy to make the purchase. Ron Ruby in finance was easy to work with, and we appreciated his honest insight to the components of the loan and the need for additional warranties. Thanks to the whole team! More

The experience was very good through my handing the check over for the vehicle (paid cash). Since we were in the process of moving from Denver to another part of the country we provided our new address to the finance person to have the title forwarded directly to us at our new location. The title never showed up so I reached out to the finance person and salesman yesterday to check on status only to be told I should call the Denver DMV to request my title. Needless to say this leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. I am not particularly excited about the prospects of dealing with the institutional indifference at the DMV to obtain the title that the dealership promised would be sent directly to me. I would have expected better follow up. I guess the dealership lost interest once my check was cashed. More

He was so patient and understanding through the journey of discovering what I wanted. My husband and I went there 4 times before I was finally comfortable in making such a big purchase. Justice definitely understood that and was there to answer all my questions and address all my concerns along the way. In the end I got the vehicle I dreamed of and am still loving it. 😍 if you're looking for a great salesman, Justice is your man! More

Service and communication I purchased a new Ram 1500 in March of 2015. I should have known immediately that it was a bad decision to buy from them. When I picked up the truck t I purchased a new Ram 1500 in March of 2015. I should have known immediately that it was a bad decision to buy from them. When I picked up the truck the sales person I dealt with was cleaning the vehicle. He said it was because the detailing crew quit that day. It was probably the worst 'detail' job I have ever seen and was a sign of things to come. It started as minor communication issues and long waits for scheduled oil changes. Then it turns out the finance manager that I dealt with lied to me about a lot of the services the extended coverage takes care of. The next issue was that I had a break light out so I brought it in to get fixed and when I picked up at the end of the day it was still broke. They took it back to service 3 times over a 2 hour period before it was fixed. I also asked for a quote on tires that morning when I dropped it off and of course I never got one so I had to go else where for the tires. I assumed that since I was renting a car for a day LMH could fix a break lite and replace the tires over a 10 hour period but that was apparently too much to ask. The oil change wait has not changed. I always thought that when you setup an appointment for an oil change it should be honored and should not take all day. Unfortunately, I and most people have to work for a living so waiting several hours for something so simple is unacceptable. I would simply take my truck to another service shop but I paid a lot of money for the extended warranty and service plan which covers 3 oil changes for 5 years so why pay twice. The big issue now is that I brought my truck in for a check engine light 7 months ago. My mileage was at 35,000 and some change. When I got to the service department one of the technicians ran the diagnostics and told me it was an evaporative cooling leak. He asked if I had just gotten gas because the gas cap could have caused that. I informed him that I had not gotten gas for 4 days. He then told me that he was going to reset the check engine light because it could have taken some time to register (basically he did not want to diagnose the real issue). A couple of days later the light came on again. I brought the truck back and was immediately told I needed to go to the truck service center down the street even though I had been going to the main location since I purchased the truck. I drove to the other service center and they setup an appointment 2 weeks out. I brought my truck in and at this point I was over my manufacturer's 36,000 mile warranty (I did purchase the extended warranty and service). They said they had to charge me the diagnostics fee which was over $100 because I was out of warranty for the issue of 'evaporative cooling leak'. I explained to them that the issue was brought up originally before the 36,000 mark but they would not budge on that so I had to pay it. I also had to rent a car for the day and they were supposed to call me by 1pm to let me know what was wrong. At the end of the day I had not heard from them so I stopped in after work and I was told it was fixed. The light came back on the very next day and when I called I was told I needed to bring it back in. I informed them that I would need a truck for work and I believed I should not have to rent one. The service manager at the location told me he would let me know when a truck was available. After a week I had not heard from them so I called again and he Louis told me he was still waiting on a truck to be available. Another couple of weeks went by and still nothing. This time when I talked to Louis he said they do not have loner trucks, just cars. Maybe he could have told me that the first time. After a lot of headaches I decided to rent a car on a day I did not need the truck for work. I dropped my truck off and everything basically repeated. I never received a call and when I stopped in I was told they would need the truck for another day or two. This time LMH picked up the cost of the rental surprisingly. Since then I have been told it was fixed twice and of course it is not. This morning, after dealing with the service manager and general manager for the past 3 and half weeks, I was supposed to drop my truck off at 7am, have a car ready and they supposedly have the correct fix. Of course I showed up there was no appointment set and no car ready so it looks like I either have to go somewhere else and pay to get this fixed or I have to start the games with LMH again. Plus I am in need of an oil change which I have already paid LMH for so it looks like I will have to double up on that cost as well since I can't wait any longer for that. Needless to say, I would highly recommend never purchasing a vehicle from them unless you like poor service and communication. More
