I cannot even justify one star for the service I received. I bought the warranty when I purchased my Jeep. I recently had trouble with a leak near the transmission. Took it to Auto Nation and within a couple of hours they said they had good news and bad. Good news is that the warranty covered the repair. Bad news that they could not fix it, as the warranty was limited to the dealer service center where I purchased the car. They could have fixed it within 2 days. Had to make an appointment with the dealer service center. Took me 4 weeks to get an appointment. The service was terrible. Took it in Monday night for my Tuesday morning appointment. Did not hear back from them for a day and a half. Tuesday afternoon, he finally told me the warranty covered the repair. Well, I knew that already. Auto Nation told me that within 2 hours. Then it took them until Wednesday afternoon to even start on the car. No updates. I had to keep contacting them. It took until Friday night, literally at closing time of 6pm for my car to be done. Very POOR customer service from the rep in the Service Center named Robbie. I won't give last names, but after a whole week of stress and no contact except when I called, it was the worst car service I have ever experienced and will NEVER buy another car from Larry H Miller due to the POOR service. More
I wanted to thank Peri, Parts Counter for her friendly and professionalism given by phone and in person. I called for a keyfob battery. She confirmed availability and cost to my surprise when arriving the and professionalism given by phone and in person. I called for a keyfob battery. She confirmed availability and cost to my surprise when arriving the battery was at the counter as if waiting for me to come in. Since, I needed two she retrieved another then showed me how to separate keyfob. How refreshing to know such a simple task can be done with such a nice level of professionalism. Thank you! More
