Excellent customer service, but vehicle service is lacking I have had the pleasure of working with Chris Keddington for my continued problems with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee transmission. While I would give Christ I have had the pleasure of working with Chris Keddington for my continued problems with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee transmission. While I would give Christ FIVE STARS for his excellent customer service, my Jeep has still not been fixed (after close to 10 appointments for the same transmission issues - issues that have been there since the first week I purchased this vehicle, BRAND NEW). While this is UNacceptable in a brand new $35,000 vehicle, I would think that Jeep would be bending over backwards to make this right. All they have continued to do in the service department is to do "software updates" and replace a part during my last visit (which actually made the problem worse). I am about to bring it in again tomorrow, and will be asking for a new transmission (again). I certainly hope the mechanics/service dept will finally grant my request. It's been 3 years!!!!!! More

Seeking a (new) Chrysler 300C All-Wheel Drive to replace our 2006 Chrysler 300C Rear-Wheel Drive vehicle. We were "picky" about the color scheme, especially wanting to avoid the all-black interior that appears 2006 Chrysler 300C Rear-Wheel Drive vehicle. Your personnell are great. unhappy with timeing. i gave a rating of 5 because your staff people from calls, check in , service and xx out are really great. I have a big beef about everyone coming in at 8:00 am m & suspect they tell everyone to come in at that time. Those of us who have appts. are not able to even get off of 104th to the dealership, It is not safe to set on this busy street. I would be happy to suggest Larry Miller to my friends, if you could have another entrance to the building and somehow stick to appt. times. More

Great experience!! I've always wanted to own a Jeep. I don't like going to dealerships because my prior experience has been that the sales and finance people are pushy a I've always wanted to own a Jeep. I don't like going to dealerships because my prior experience has been that the sales and finance people are pushy and unhelpful. However, this was not my experience at Larry Miller Jeep. Randy King and John Olmsted were very helpful and patient in helping me find the right vehicle. I would definitely recommend them and this dealership going forward! Dave C More
