He went out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and that I got the exact vehicle I was looking for...and I didn't make it an easy task. Also, his vehicle knowledge is second-to-none. I've never had a more thorough explanation of a vehicle and its capabilities. Overall outstanding experience...both with dealer and dealership. Excellent customer service, but vehicle service is lacking I have had the pleasure of working with Chris Keddington for my continued problems with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee transmission. While I would give Christ I have had the pleasure of working with Chris Keddington for my continued problems with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee transmission. While I would give Christ FIVE STARS for his excellent customer service, my Jeep has still not been fixed (after close to 10 appointments for the same transmission issues - issues that have been there since the first week I purchased this vehicle, BRAND NEW). While this is UNacceptable in a brand new $35,000 vehicle, I would think that Jeep would be bending over backwards to make this right. All they have continued to do in the service department is to do "software updates" and replace a part during my last visit (which actually made the problem worse). I am about to bring it in again tomorrow, and will be asking for a new transmission (again). I certainly hope the mechanics/service dept will finally grant my request. It's been 3 years!!!!!! More
