Now check engine light is on the think it might be a thermostat but not sure. They do not back there word. Think twice before buying a car there. More

Over 4 hour wait for oil change Called a few days before to make sure I had correct info was told yes to come in on Saturday from 9-2 for express oil change. Came in at 945 was told Called a few days before to make sure I had correct info was told yes to come in on Saturday from 9-2 for express oil change. Came in at 945 was told they weren't doing them, I mentioned I spoke to someone they said they would take me in. Told I could wait up to 3 hours after 3 hours of not being told anything or acknowledged I went to ask. They didn't have my paperwork I wasn't in the system. They went to look for my vehicle told it was found and it would be an additional 35 minutes. Was told they go in by rotation in order received told them I was here some 945 representatives had no explenation other then sorry. Keeping in mind I had a 10 month old with me. Worst service ever. Never coming back. More
