Larry H. Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 104th

Requesting reimbursement I bought a car about a month ago. They let me leave the dealership and get insurance on the car just so they tell me today that I need to return it be I bought a car about a month ago. They let me leave the dealership and get insurance on the car just so they tell me today that I need to return it because they couldn't approve my loan????? Why let me leave knowing very well that nothing was set in stone. When I requested PHILIP BLEIGNIER to compensate me my down payment, he says that they usually don't do that but he will for my case. So I'm just supposed to hand you $1000 for a car that i don't even own? I also asked to get compensated for the insurance that put in the car (down payment plus cancellation fee) he has the audacity to tell me that I should pay for it with the $1000 they will reimburse me with. So you want me to pay for something that was not my fault in the first place. Im not saying I know the laws and regulations on how buying a car works, but to belittle my situation over your mess up, now that is ridiculous. They gave me the run around for a whole month and don't want to pay me for my inconvenience . I just don't understand why they just couldn't just say, "we can't approve you for anything at this moment, thank you for your time," just like any other dealer. Serious waste of time and money and I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Waiting for a reply from general manger Brent Wood. More

Megan was so sweet to the children when we checked in, kept us up to date as we waited and gave me a quote on tires which I needed too. No pressure sales, just good advice. My car came back to me washed as well. I was really, really happy with the service I received. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The coffee is free and there are vending machines too which are stocked. This makes a difference when you have hungry little ones. So many other places I have been don’t have this which makes it hard when you have children. The children’s play area has toys and books that are well maintained, again, something that’s always nice to see as a parent when you know there may be a waiting time. I own a Volkswagen. I could have taken my beetle to Omera or a dealership closer to where we live but I was so happy with Larry Miller when I brought my vehicle with the service from purchase to titling that I wanted to bring the car for its service. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Thank you for getting us on the road and taken care of! More

My favorite was him rolling down the window on the test drive and doing it out the window. Never have I experienced such a lack of professionalism and respect as I had at this dealership. In what world is it acceptable to spit up in front of customers repeatedly without even so much as apologizing once. I was more than happy to bring my business to Toyota to buy a 4Runner instead. It's not a mystery that you guys have over 200 awful reviews on yelp. More
