Thank you for the excellent service I had my oil changed here today. I was a walk in so there was a wait but I believe the wait was worth it. Megan was so sweet to the children when we checked in, kept us up to date as we waited and gave me a quote on tires which I needed too. No pressure sales, just good advice. My car came back to me washed as well. I was really, really happy with the service I received. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The coffee is free and there are vending machines too which are stocked. This makes a difference when you have hungry little ones. So many other places I have been don’t have this which makes it hard when you have children. The children’s play area has toys and books that are well maintained, again, something that’s always nice to see as a parent when you know there may be a waiting time. I own a Volkswagen. I could have taken my beetle to Omera or a dealership closer to where we live but I was so happy with Larry Miller when I brought my vehicle with the service from purchase to titling that I wanted to bring the car for its service. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Thank you for getting us on the road and taken care of! More

He does understand that not everyone can afford dealership prices with maintenance and services and do his best to keep it affordable. He also never gives you an under-estimate for services so you never feel let down. Mr. Jakober is the only reason why I continue to seek service at the Larry H. Miller on 104th in Northglenn/Thornton. More
Couldn't stop hocking loogies Went to this dealership looking for a Grand Cherokee to buy. Was paired with Matt Bremyer. Matt couldn't stop hocking his loogies long enough to work with me. It happened at a minimum of every five minutes to the point that I lost count. My favorite was him rolling down the window on the test drive and doing it out the window. Never have I experienced such a lack of professionalism and respect as I had at this dealership. In what world is it acceptable to spit up in front of customers repeatedly without even so much as apologizing once. I was more than happy to bring my business to Toyota to buy a 4Runner instead. It's not a mystery that you guys have over 200 awful reviews on yelp. More

Once I got to Larry H Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (104th), I found a very knowledgeable sales rep name Ira Tew. He was able to answer all my questions and give me additional information to help in my buying process. After a few weeks of driving my new Cherokee Trail-hawk, I know I made the right choice. I recommend others to go to Larry H Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (104th) to buy their next vehicle. Great Job! More
Sick of you guys So I have taken my truck to Kelly . The service was horrible Kelly thinks she's doing me a favor. They can't get my xxxx straight. More

Vehicles not as advertised Be careful when buying from this dealer. Make sure you get what is advertised. Just because a vehicle is listed as such, does not mean you are buying what they say you are. Listing a vehicle at an inflated cost as a higher model is deceiving the consumer. Follow up: I was pleasantly surprised to find one of the sales managers (Brent Wood) reach out to me to look into the issue. I left message for Brent to call me. The call was returned by Dan Noffke who said he was one of the sales managers. However, at the time of this update, the site for this review lists him as just a salesman. Dan told me that because the vehicle was transported from their location to another Larry H Miller location, I should work on a resolution with the location that completed the sale, but Dan did offer to try to help if I was unable to get any satisfaction. Be it known that I contacted this location, because the car was listed by them, but I still took their advice to contact the location that completed the sale. I called the point of sale dealership and was told that they would look into the problem. What a joke. They called me back and said that as a consumer I should know more about selling a car than they do as the business that sells them. I don't know why they bothered to lead me on while they thought of a way to avoid helping me, which was a lame excuse at best. I called the Dan back to report the outcome with the other dealer and have left 2 messages with him that have gone unanswered and apparently ignored. Apparently, the corporation got my money, so the service stops there, Therefore, I stick by my original statement...BEWARE OF THIS DEALER AND THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. They list vehicles falsely. In my case, the car was listed as a higher trim model and the price was inflated to the price of the incorrect trim model. Neither dealership will take any ownership to resolve this. I was told by the salesman who sold the vehicle that both dealers said that the car was as advertised and listed correctly. I should have trusted my instincts and walked, because after the sale, I could not find some of the options that were listed in the vehicle description. Don't shop late in the day when the time is close to the dealer's closing time. Put the consideration to be kind aside and take the extra time to check everything. Keep the staff there and have them work overtime if necessary. I guess this is a lesson learned to keep up my guard and not trust a crooked company the will deceive a buyer in order to sell a car at all cost and will not take the time to work on resolving a problem. Obviously, I am frustrated and bitter with the finger pointing and the lack of one of these dealers taking ownership to help. They both operate under the same branding of Larry H Miller. That apparently doesn't matter Guess they have their own agenda and compete with each other even though they are part of the same company. More
