We decided to sell my husbands car so we could have the funds to get us by until I was able to return to work. Carmax offered us $14,000 but my husband was told we would do better, tax wise to let them buy the car for $13,000. My husband agreeed to let them buy it. The salesman came in and told my husband that with his stellar credit score (800+) he would not need to put any $ down on the new lease. We waited weeks to receive our refund and were told multiple times that it would be mailed out by the end of the week. When I finally contacted Phillip, he said there was nothing he could do for us, too much time had passed. If his staff hadn’t continued to string us along, we might have been able resolved this. Their employees are not competent in their jobs. The salesmen story changed today. Prior to contacting Phillip the salesmen was contacting the finance people for us, asking when we would receive our money. I am assoming he was instructed what to say because his story changed after we contacted Phillip. I have submitted a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. More

However, when you walk in, the used car warranty is posted right at the front door. I also showed him the online ad for the car that showcased the warranty. He said the car hadn't been inspected to qualify for the warranty and he had warranties available to purchase. Needless to say, we walked out. Be prepared to waste a full day here as well. We were paying cash which should have taken roughly an hour. This was the slowest process I've ever encountered. More

Requesting reimbursement I bought a car about a month ago. They let me leave the dealership and get insurance on the car just so they tell me today that I need to return it be I bought a car about a month ago. Why let me leave knowing very well that nothing was set in stone. When I requested PHILIP BLEIGNIER to compensate me my down payment, he says that they usually don't do that but he will for my case. So I'm just supposed to hand you $1000 for a car that i don't even own? I also asked to get compensated for the insurance that put in the car (down payment plus cancellation fee) he has the audacity to tell me that I should pay for it with the $1000 they will reimburse me with. So you want me to pay for something that was not my fault in the first place. Im not saying I know the laws and regulations on how buying a car works, but to belittle my situation over your mess up, now that is ridiculous. They gave me the run around for a whole month and don't want to pay me for my inconvenience . I just don't understand why they just couldn't just say, "we can't approve you for anything at this moment, thank you for your time," just like any other dealer. Serious waste of time and money and I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Waiting for a reply from general manger Brent Wood. More
