She let me drive as many vehicles as I wanted to make sure I was getting EXACTLY what I wanted. She made sure to go over all the options with me including ordering the truck I wanted if she couldn't find it. My daughter loves her as well. When I mention we are stopping by the dealership she says "Yay!! Are we seeing Marci? I really like her". The rest of the team at Larry H. Miller on 104th was just as awesome! Brian and Yusef helped out to make sure everything went smoothly. And even Lucas in finance was nice and explained everything we were signing in detail. I would not want to go anywhere else for my vehicle needs after this experience. I didn't know it was possible to find a dealership like this one! More

Awesome buying experience, HORRIBLE service experience I had a wonderful experience when it came to purchasing my vehicle... but the service department is why I will NEVER go back. I brought it in yesterda I had a wonderful experience when it came to purchasing my vehicle... but the service department is why I will NEVER go back. I brought it in yesterday for an oil change that I did have an appointment for. When I brought it in, I told the guy who was checking me in that I had a small leak in my front tire and to go ahead and fix it. I waited TWO hours till "everything" was finished. As I was checking out, the guy told me that they found a small hole in one of my tires that they recommend patching.... I politely told him that I had already informed him of the hole when I first got there 2 hours ago. He said he had went on lunch and forgot to tell the mechanics about it. He then said they could repair it that day and my vehicle would be next in line to be fixed. 45 minutes later, the same guy comes in and says, "So they still haven't brought your car in yet... do you just want to leave?". i was so irritated, I just wanted to get out of there weather everything was fixed or not. When I walked out to my car, my passenger window was rolled all the way down, there was rain/snow in the forecast for that day. That really irritated me. So I called and spoke with Jon Campbell, the service manager, and he apologized for the inconvenience and told me I could come back at my convenience to get my tire patched. We agreed I could come in the next day (today) at 8 am and everything would be taken care of. This time, I spent THREE hours waiting.... Also, for the service I had done yesterday, no one came in to tell me that there were other things that needed to be replaced (air filter, and cabin air filter) which I would have had them replace yesterday if someone would have done the courtesy of letting me know, just like when i go to any other service shop in the past. I only saw these things on the comments area on my receipt once I got back to work yesterday after I spoke with Jon. I am supposed to drop my car off on the 18th for something else, but I will be calling to cancel my appointment. I will not be coming back for any reason and I certainly will not be sending anyone I know to this dealership. More

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. A sales rep had the nerve to turn away me & my husband saying “no offense but all mexicans come in here looking for used cars, just go look online.” R A sales rep had the nerve to turn away me & my husband saying “no offense but all mexicans come in here looking for used cars, just go look online.” Racism at its finest. Put a complaint with the manager, & he was very understanding of the situation. Hope that man gets his xxx fired. More

Excellent experience So I went in to the ram dealership not knowing it was basically linked to the Jeep and dodge down the street were I had a bad experience but now that So I went in to the ram dealership not knowing it was basically linked to the Jeep and dodge down the street were I had a bad experience but now that I went in to the ram dealership and after working with Marci I had a way different experience she’s probably the best sales representative I’ve worked with that’s saying a lot since I trade my car like once a year so I been to a bunch of dealerships and I will for sure go back just because of her .! I recommend her for sure.! More

Service excellence!! I was in town on a visit to Denver, me and my family stopped here for an oil change upon being greeted by Jon the manager. Tried to charge us $ 7k to replace an engine Their Service Dept mis-diagnosed the engine on our 2008 Jeep and told us that it needed replaced at a cost of $ 7,000. We took it to an independent engine shop and it only required a $ 70 Sensor. When I called Larry Miller Chrysler / Jeep to inform them about it and complain about the $ 145 eval fee, they were dismissive. The General Manager was arrogant & couldn't of cared less about our business. More
