Is there anyone that can help me? I scheduled my Jeep for service and was told it would be done in one day. Then no parts so they had to be ordered. A month later they arrive and I tak I scheduled my Jeep for service and was told it would be done in one day. Then no parts so they had to be ordered. A month later they arrive and I take my Jeep in for scheduled work at 8:00 am on Monday 11/26. Late Monday I call after I did not hear anything all day and he says the diagnostics have not been done but he will call me before the end of the day or early on Tuesday. Why it takes more than a full day to diagnose a busted rain sensor and replacing the ordered struts, he does not say. No call back. Texted him next day at noon when he failed to contact me. He texts me two hours later with a service update and I authorize the work. I ask when it will be ready and he says by end of day or noon Wednesday. He texts me with another service update to charge me more two hours later. I ask for when I work will be completed. No response. Wednesday comes and still no contact. I call an leave phone messages, no response. Four days later and I still can't get any information on what is going on or how to get my Jeep back. The service advisor (Chris) would not connect me with management - said he was the manager. When I said that is not what his business card says, he says they are out of date. When I ask to speak with GM he changes his story and says there is a Director that supervises him (Jon). But I can only speak with him after I pick up my Jeep. So he says he will talk with the shop and find out the status of my Jeep. Comes back and says that the service tech is out to lunch until 2pm and he will call me back. It is almost 3pm and still no phone call or information how I can get my Jeep back. More

Walked out the door $3,000 lighter than agreed upon. The final price online includes D&H but watch out....they put it back into the final contract. If they say they "owe you" something on the vehicle, they really mean "we're selling you an additional add on". I won't even go into the warranty up-sell. Very deceptive sales and finance practices. Make sure you watch the bottom line with an eagle eye. I was spoiled by my experiences with other dealerships and didn't anticipate the deception. More

Failed to act even after I drove back to the dealership and signed the cancellation request with him in person (he told me that I should expect to get the refund in about 4-6 weeks, and it is still active after 8 weeks). Max was our salesman and he was so friendly and helpful. He was such a positive sales person and I was not entirely sure what I was wanting to purchase. He was very honest about what vehicles were good, bad, excellent. The process took a while, but Max stayed every minute and made sure that we were comfortable and happy the entire time. Best Car Buying Experience I've Had in a Long Time I have to say I went in to the dealer thinking that NOTHING was going to go my way. Early in the process I reached out via the internet and received I have to say I went in to the dealer thinking that NOTHING was going to go my way. Early in the process I reached out via the internet and received a call as I requested, doing business with text just doesn't work for me. Chris Meachum called and asked me all the right questions and suggested we "work the deal backwards" due to my credit situation that many divorced, single parents face. I agreed, set up an appointment to meet with Chris, but I still had serious doubts about what the outcome would be. Chris and the finance team ran my credit and recommended a vehicle I was actually interested in, the 18' Jeep Renegade. I was actually surprised as I thought with my challenging credit situation I would be stuck with pre-owned which wouldn't be bad but I prefer new with a warranty. The guys worked really hard to get my deal done and I was blown away at what they gave me for my trade (more than expected) and when I got to finance with Lucas Keenan I was even more surprised that my payment was $30.00 a month lower than I agreed to; I used this cheaper payment to purchase an extended warranty. I am extremely pleased with how I was taken care of and the level of effort put into earning my business; this was by far the best car buying experience I have had in a very long time.
