I was given a rental from enterprise then charged for that rental when it should have been paid for by the warranty. I spoke with Jon and was told he would investigate and get back with me the next day. A week later and still nothing. I have made several attempts to contact Jon regarding this issue and have yet to receive a call back, just get a run around. I have a $200 charge on my CC collecting interest for a charge that should have never been made. My vehicle is still not fixed, and is worse now then before. I wanted to schedule for it to go back in and was told to wait u til I hear from Jon. I will NOT be taking my vehicle back to this location. Hopefully the problem will be resolved at another service center. More

Had it towed back to the dealership.They checked it out and said everything they did was correctly done and that it was rusted so bad that I needed new shocks,springs and insulators. which with a discount was going to be over $1,000 oh boy!! I took it home with out being fixed. Took it to a shop and they checked it out, I also looked at it. It was not rusted,and none of the above was needed. Instead it was a bolt that was loose on the control arm which the dealership had installed. Boy what a way to take advantage of you're customers. More
No customer service or knowledge Brought my Challenger in for 3 issues before my 3 year warranty expired before Christmas. I leave for the holidays and when I get back call to see whe Brought my Challenger in for 3 issues before my 3 year warranty expired before Christmas. I leave for the holidays and when I get back call to see where they're at and they say they couldn't replicate any of the issues so I have to drive down there and go for a drive with them to show them even though I showed Chris, the service rep one of the issues but the tech told me he never mentioned it to him. A week later they said they still couldn't figure out any of the issues and that my exhaust squeak (which is due to a bad active exhaust valve) was something to do with the throttle body and "was normal with SRT's", even though this car is almost 3 years old and just started doing this and squeaks non stop while driving. I asked Chris Keddington to have the tech call me about it and every day I asked, he said he was in meetings. A tech that is constantly in meetings and cannot return a customers call. Ok. Till this day he never returned my call. I also asked Chris to give me the name of another tech that he recommended so I could reschedule with him and he ignored my text. Now my warranty is expiring with a transmission linknage issue, exhaust valve issue and rattling deck lid that I will have to pay someone to fix myself. Bottom line, for warranty repairs, they will lie to you so they don't have to fix it and will never respond to calls. More

Is there anyone that can help me? I scheduled my Jeep for service and was told it would be done in one day. Then no parts so they had to be ordered. A month later they arrive and I tak I scheduled my Jeep for service and was told it would be done in one day. Then no parts so they had to be ordered. A month later they arrive and I take my Jeep in for scheduled work at 8:00 am on Monday 11/26. Late Monday I call after I did not hear anything all day and he says the diagnostics have not been done but he will call me before the end of the day or early on Tuesday. Why it takes more than a full day to diagnose a busted rain sensor and replacing the ordered struts, he does not say. No call back. Texted him next day at noon when he failed to contact me. He texts me two hours later with a service update and I authorize the work. I ask when it will be ready and he says by end of day or noon Wednesday. He texts me with another service update to charge me more two hours later. I ask for when I work will be completed. No response. Wednesday comes and still no contact. I call an leave phone messages, no response. Four days later and I still can't get any information on what is going on or how to get my Jeep back. The service advisor (Chris) would not connect me with management - said he was the manager. When I said that is not what his business card says, he says they are out of date. When I ask to speak with GM he changes his story and says there is a Director that supervises him (Jon). But I can only speak with him after I pick up my Jeep. So he says he will talk with the shop and find out the status of my Jeep. Comes back and says that the service tech is out to lunch until 2pm and he will call me back. It is almost 3pm and still no phone call or information how I can get my Jeep back. More

Walked out the door $3,000 lighter than agreed upon. The final price online includes D&H but watch out....they put it back into the final contract. If they say they "owe you" something on the vehicle, they really mean "we're selling you an additional add on". I won't even go into the warranty up-sell. Very deceptive sales and finance practices. Make sure you watch the bottom line with an eagle eye. I was spoiled by my experiences with other dealerships and didn't anticipate the deception. More

Failed to act even after I drove back to the dealership and signed the cancellation request with him in person (he told me that I should expect to get the refund in about 4-6 weeks, and it is still active after 8 weeks).
