The time and hassle it took to get the additional parts I had paid for were not worth it. I ordered a running board and was not given the one that comes with my model. I am still owed a full detail which I doubt I will receive. I felt like a circus animal with how many hoops I had to jump through for the promise of a treat, which was less than satisfying once it was finally given to me. More

The sales guy was extremely nice and told me that there should be no problem in getting my payoff for the Prius and a good lease on a new Challenger. They came back with an extremely lowball offer on my Prius and adamantly told me it was a Prius II and not a Prius IV. Well, I considering the options my Prius had on it (and the fact I’m aware of the model I purchased), there was no way it was less than a IV. They gave me a crazy lease package where I would be paying nearly $600/month with thousands of dollars down. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and got exactly the deal I was after. Today, I received a call from a sales representative who wanted to buy my mother’s Hyundai. She was looking at trading it in for the new lease offer for the Cherokee Trailhawk (offered by Jeep $274/month with only first payment down). I was hesitant to recommend she go see what they could do, and I should have listened to my gut. They lowballed her on her trade-in, and had her drive a Cherokee Limited Plus (that they claimed they had a similar lease offer for) because they didn’t have any Trailhawks onsite. They told her even with putting down the negative equity with her trade-in offer, she would be paying nearly $400/month. The lease deal offered on their website is $211/month with $3,500 down. With no money down it, it should be around $316/month. They claimed the $400/month with no money down would be what anyone would be offered without a car to trade-in. In short, be weary of this dealership. They lowball trades, try to get you in a different vehicle than you came in for, and either misrepresent or do not honor their advertised offers. Go to any other dealership, and they will give you a better deal- this one acts like all the buyers are clueless and can get one pulled over on them. More

Once they completed my oil change they told me they could not honor the coupon since my Jeep was manufactured in Canada, which I have not had any issues before. The worst part was after my oil change my Jeep leaks oil now. I requested my paperwork from Larry Miller to see recommended services which the rep said it was only 50% completed, and didn’t understand why it wasn’t 100% completed. I ask if I can receive a copy, which 3 weeks later still have not be able to get one. I have never been to a service place with such unprofessional people, and never been to a Jeep, Dodge Chryler shop that doesn’t give you service recommendation. I do not recommend going there unless you want terrible service and dishonest staff. More
Worst. Buying. Experience. Ever I purchased my 2018 Jeep Compass at Larry H Miler Jeep on 12/6/18. The process was the salesman, Chris M. did not seem overly thrilled with me or his job but a lot of people are that way at work, so I proceeded. After some negotiation we agreed on a finance option and I was to get the windows tinted and a clear bra for free on the following Tuesday 12/11/18. I told them I wouldn’t need a rental and would drop off the vehicle the previous Monday evening. Friday 12/7/18 I got a call from Chris and he stated that my pay off amount for my trade-in was $900 more than what I had had told him. I told him that did not seem correct and he told me I needed to let him know if I wanted to finance it or pay it. As he was pressuring me for my credit card number I asked if I could call him back after I looked into it, he agreed. I contacted my creditor and they stated that it was the amount I had told the dealer. I emailed the paperwork/proof to Chris. After being on the phone with Chris and the finance person it was resolved that I did not owe any extra but never explained to me where the $900 difference came from. A huge form of disrespect. Fast forward to Monday night I went in to drop off my Jeep for the window tint and clear bra. I spoke to the receptionist and said I was there to drop off my jeep with Chris for the services. The receptionist took my key and said she would take care of it. By Tuesday afternoon I had not heard if it was done or not so I called Chris to check in and he said I had never dropped it off, I explained the situation and stated I was confused that my Jeep had sat there all day and nothing had been done. Chris then proceeded to blame me for the mistake and tell me it was my fault as I had not placed the key directly into his hands. I told him I needed a solution, and he said he would call me back in 10 mins. After 20 mins I called and left a message for the sales manager Randy. He returned my call promptly and explained that the services would be done immediately and he would personally inspect the job when I went to pick it up. When my husband and I arrived to pick up the Jeep an employee asked who we needed to see and I said Randy and he looked at my husband and said “what is your name boss?” My husband said not me, her, she needs to see Randy. Can you say sexist? Randy inspected the Jeep with me and seemed very nice & apologetic about the financing situation and the current situation, so I mentioned I had not received a spare key or an owner’s manual. He stated he would have the “key guy” come to me and that he would mail me an owner’s manual. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, 12/27/18, I hadn’t heard from Randy about the key or manual. I left two messages and he finally returned my call 1/4/19 and stated that they couldn’t come to me for a spare key and that someone would come and get my jeep and take it in and then bring it back to me on 1/11/18. That did not happen – I still have no spare key & no owner’s manual and all I get are false promises. WORST. CAR. BUYING. EXPERIENCE. EVER. All I can assume is that if I was a man I would have been treated better and with more respect… never again will I buy a car from them. More
