Can’t recommend this place and Dennis enough! Both my boyfriend and I were pretty much forced into the market due to unfortunate events. But Dennis and his team made it so much less painful! WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had!! Was insulted and mislead by sales staff and management. Sales person tried to help me but This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had!! Was insulted and mislead by sales staff and management. Sales person tried to help me but was not trained very well. I explained to him and both sales manager and finance manager what I wanted and was able to do in buying a jeep. They paid no attention what so ever. Kept coming up with deals I could not afford. I tried to leave several times and was stopped. Sales manager would not give me my keys back. It is very clear they really are not interested in helping customers and selling cars. So think twice about dealing with this dealership!! Chances are things will not turn out well!!!!! More

Jon Campbell is a liar Jon Campbell, as many other reviewers have noted, is a liar and a creep. I took my car here for an oil change that I had to wait 2 weeks for an appoin Jon Campbell, as many other reviewers have noted, is a liar and a creep. I took my car here for an oil change that I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment for. Upon waiting 40 minutes in the lobby I was told their computers went down and they didn’t know how to do a manual oil change. This is the worst service department in the Denver metro and has been for years because of one reason - Jon Campbell. He goes out of his way to never apologize, blame the customer, and defend his incompetent and lazy employees. When I called him the next day all he could say was “well you don’t know me personally, I’m a good guy”. Absolute xxxxxxx. More
