Great Experience! :) I want to take some time to let people know how helpful it was talking to Susan when I called the dealership about a Service Appointment. When I call I want to take some time to let people know how helpful it was talking to Susan when I called the dealership about a Service Appointment. When I called a lady answered the phone and please said "Hold we are assisting 7 customers ahead of you"; so I said to myself this may take awhile but I did hold. After about 10 min, Susan answered the phone and was very polite and helpful and even though I had to wait; she never did rush me and answered all my questions. I knew she probably had other phone calls on hold like I was but she gave me the attention I needed with ALL my questions. I do appreciate that there are still people that care and not just try to rush you through and get to another call. I asked who her manager was and she said that would be Jon our Service Director. My hellcat purrs again! I was really worried about my hellcat making this horrible clicking noise but with the knowledgeable technicians they have they were able to tell me i I was really worried about my hellcat making this horrible clicking noise but with the knowledgeable technicians they have they were able to tell me it was a common noise in the braking system where the new paint on the rotors rubs! They cleaned my rotors and my wheels and like magic the noise was gone! I was worried it was going to be some expensive and timely repair but they saved mem so much time, money, and heartache by fixing it right the first time! My hellcat will go there again! More
Horrible Service They don’t set up your appointments like they say you’re “scheduled” for and then say it’s an error in the system or that it was an error and “were al They don’t set up your appointments like they say you’re “scheduled” for and then say it’s an error in the system or that it was an error and “were all humans and make mistakes,” I understand it can happen but it’s ridiculous.. They also make you wait hours before your car is done for regular maintenance even if you walked in with an appointment. They never come in to check in on you and let you know why they’re behind. definitely don’t recommend this place to get your service done in. More

John Call - Jeff Low When I received a call from John from an online inquiry unrelated to his dealership, I was a little stand-off'ish. I was not looking at any vehicles o When I received a call from John from an online inquiry unrelated to his dealership, I was a little stand-off'ish. I was not looking at any vehicles on his website. That said, John explained how and why he was calling. Asked me what I was looking for and he told me that he would be happy to send a few that he has on his lot that line up with what I want. He was not pushy yet informative and took the time to find what I wanted, not only in the vehicle, but also what I wanted from him. He quickly provided the information as promised and then sat back and let me move at my pace without trying to force me to buy a car from him. We reconnected after the weekend and put a deal together in a couple of days. John is "old school" as in he is a down to earth person and has not forgotten that people make deals. Relationships matter. Yes this is a business that tried to maximize profit, but if you go in and are honest with John, he will be honest with you and help find the right car with the cost that fits you. Between working with John Call and Jeff Low - it was a great experience. Are cars expensive? Yes. But the market value was there and the team was kind to us. If you are going to buy a car, I would recommend John Call. Thank you sir. Scott More
