Above and Beyond Helpful I drove into the Jeep service bay needing help to figure out how to get front plates on my new Jeep Wrangler as I could not figure out how to attach t I drove into the Jeep service bay needing help to figure out how to get front plates on my new Jeep Wrangler as I could not figure out how to attach the front plate . Robbie went above and beyond as he went in to parts to get me the proper screws that were long enough to reach the bumper (the wrong screws had been provided by previous dealer) and proceeded to actually install the plates for me. I did not have a power tool which is what ended up being required and Robbie got me all set up in about 10 mins flat. Thank you Robbie, I will come back to Larry Miller Service on 104th to service my new Jeep from now on. More

Great Experience! :) I want to take some time to let people know how helpful it was talking to Susan when I called the dealership about a Service Appointment. When I call I want to take some time to let people know how helpful it was talking to Susan when I called the dealership about a Service Appointment. When I called a lady answered the phone and please said "Hold we are assisting 7 customers ahead of you"; so I said to myself this may take awhile but I did hold. After about 10 min, Susan answered the phone and was very polite and helpful and even though I had to wait; she never did rush me and answered all my questions. I knew she probably had other phone calls on hold like I was but she gave me the attention I needed with ALL my questions. I do appreciate that there are still people that care and not just try to rush you through and get to another call. I asked who her manager was and she said that would be Jon our Service Director. I thanked her and hung up. Thanks again Larry H. Miller Jeep on 104th! More
