Very Disorganized Very Poor customer service, I arrived at 3:00 for a 3:30 Appointment, waited an hour for a rental car that I should not have needed as they told me re Very Poor customer service, I arrived at 3:00 for a 3:30 Appointment, waited an hour for a rental car that I should not have needed as they told me repair would only be 1-2 hrs when appointment was scheduled. I was offered a RAM Truck, but needed to leave a CC for insurance... I asked to speak to the manager, he walked by and said he was too busy and to just take my Jeep. Apparently he had 3 complaints ahead of mine!! Needless to say I took my jeep, they must be writing their own reviews to get all those stars !! More

Cover up damage with cheap paint to get the sale We bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid- after washing the car twice we realized there is a crack in the front bumper with was covered up with cheap We bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid- after washing the car twice we realized there is a crack in the front bumper with was covered up with cheap paint at the dealership. From photos in the show room, you can make out the site of the damage barely. The dealership refuses to take responsibility because if the “as is” condition even though they were clearly deceptive by covering it up so it wasn’t as noticeable. I would not recommend them. More
