no response- dealership owes a refund and will not reply Purchased a used 2018 Toyota RAV4 for cash. Specifically told them NO add ons. Was not given paperwork upon completion (was told it was on memory st Purchased a used 2018 Toyota RAV4 for cash. Specifically told them NO add ons. Was not given paperwork upon completion (was told it was on memory stick which turned out to be blank). Upon final receipt of paperwork a week later, found that I had been charged with service plan, and vehicle theft plan. Called, emailed, complained, escalated, etc. HAVE NEVER RECEIVED REFUND! GM (Brent Wood) nor finance manager (Ron Ruby) will return calls, or emails. Apparently one needs to go to court to get resolution Note: service plan was for 3 oil changes pre paid. Turns out that on Toyota still under warranty, those are already included by Toyota! So- pure profit for LHM dealership. Also signed up for a promotion they had - $50 visa card to test drive a new Jeep. Did so- NEVER received that either! More

Very positive experience working with Jeannae. Jeannae was exceptionally great to work with. We dreaded going into a dealership. We expected pressure and canned sales pitches. We were worried for Jeannae was exceptionally great to work with. We dreaded going into a dealership. We expected pressure and canned sales pitches. We were worried for nothing. Jeannae got to know us to make sure we were getting what we needed. We got to know her too. She gave us the facts and time and space we needed to make a decision. Jeannae followed up to make sure everything went well. We felt good about the transaction and do not hesitate to refer friends and family to Jeannae. Josh in Finance was also easy to work with. I don’t go into details about price and such because the price of a car is about the same anywhere you go these days. Dealerships have to make money to keep their operation going. We feel that both we and the dealership did well. More

Worst experience I habe ever had with any place ever. September 24 I brought my 2013 4 door wrangler 73000 miles jeep in, I had my hot oil light come on while driving and felt my transmission jumping gea September 24 I brought my 2013 4 door wrangler 73000 miles jeep in, I had my hot oil light come on while driving and felt my transmission jumping gears after it cooled. Asked this dealership to check my transmission fluid and transmission bc we all know at that high of temperature you definitely will burn your fluid. But still I was driving.... Not offroading or anything fun. They gave me a diagnostic and told me nothing was wrong with my transmission or fluid, but I needed some maintenance on shocks and some other things. I told then please give me a transmission flush, they said ok. After a few days I finally get my jeep back and teased them how was my fluid and transmission, was told everything looked great. On the 30th I broke down on my way to work.... Can you guess? My transmission. Had to get towed and called over 20 times to let then know my vehicle was being towed. Finally showed up in person bc no answer and then finally get a diagnostic done 3 days later "you're transmission fluid is really dirty, and you have metal fragments in you tranmission fluid" hmmm you guys just did a flush and told me my transmission was great? Robbie then talked to his mechanic and they never did the flush ans he admitted they saw metal in my fluid. Told me they would credit the 350 for the flush.... So now I need a transmission... Didnt hear from anyone for 3 days, show up in person to find out what the he'll is going on, quoted me for a jeep transmission even tho they ware back ordered, so I'm now putting a after market transmission, which they quoted wrong and then had to discount 1500. Finally got a rental from them that day. Its been almost a month and in paying 40$ a day for a rental. But have only gotten one call bc I reached out to coperate jeep. Told me my jeep was going to be finished yesterday and nkw its today with no response.... I literally have called them over 45 times with no answer. Please don't trust this dealership. Corporate is willing to cover labor but are you freaking kidding me. Ive missed work, been ghosted, and paying over 600 for a rental More
