Where to begin in the last 4 years I’ve bought 3 different cars from lhm 104th and out of all three 1 has been good from the time of walking in to the store till the previous date here I am on numb different cars from lhm 104th and out of all three 1 has been good from the time of walking in to the store till the previous date here I am on number three which was supposed to be certified pre-owned 17 ram came in with 4000 cash down and a 16 dart for trade in they made everything sound as I was getting a great deal which was no problem with price but after all paperwork was done it took them almost 3 months to pay off my trade in without even a call saying hey make the last 2 months payment or anything of the sort I had drove off the lot in the truck a day later check engine light comes on so I called in and explained what was going on was told they couldn’t even look at it for another week or two kept calling in kept showing up to talk to someone in management never received any calls or anything like that a month goes by I had an issue with the ecm had to get it to a dealer in silverthorne boom 1500 out of pocket due to not being able to find anything with a warranty even though I was told on time of purchase it still had factory 60,000 mile warranty on top of a 7 year 100k warranty While I was at that dealer waiting for it to be fixed I found out the ags vents were none existent on the truck and a driver side headlight mount panel was broken okay well another 600 2-3 weeks later I had fixed it paid out of pocket only after I had contacted the main office in Utah did I get a response they had offered to look at the truck 2 weeks later I currently drive the truck at the bare minimum 300 miles back and forth to work and have had to pay more money out of pocket then I should have to for a 33,000 dollar truck with 40k on I absolutely am very displeased with this dealership and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone in any way service department is very rude sales is absolutely the worst when it comes to a paying customer and all they want to do is get you in something and send you down the road not once have I been called for a follow up on any of my issues since beginning of august of 2019. More

It turned into a nightmare and I ended up settling (which is never a good thing). A LHM, I didn’t feel like I was hunted down just for a sale. The guys there were friendly, very helpful and knew a lot about the product they sold. I ended up finding my dream truck and could not be happier! Will return here for my girlfriend’s dream Jeep for sure! Very happy with this experience. More
