I was recently looking at a new 2020 vehicle and while the sales team offered me an incredible deal it was through open and thoughtful dealings with finance that we closely reviewed the numbers and amicably decided maybe it wasn’t the right time and best fit to get into a new Jeep. While it was a difficult decision, i can say with confidence it was the right one for now and I was treated with dignity & respect by everyone on the team; from sales to finance. I don’t write public reviews, ever, but felt this interaction warranted one and has certainly reconfirmed for me that LHM is my home dealership and 1st stop whenever I’m in the market. This is the place to go for JEEPS! We live about 80 miles away from this dealership and have many places closer that we could have purchased a Jeep from. However, we were attracted to the LHM dealership by a particular model Jeep. Wow, were we rewarded with a good experience! We communicated via email with IRA TEW. When we got to the dealership we were met by Ira and also worked directly with MONTY MANI. We test drove 2 Jeeps of the same model and then or course, went back and forth over price. They were very nice and we got to a deal that we could live with. Then, Ira and Monty really turned up the customer service- before we could drive off, the vehicle needed an adjustment and they wanted to detail it as it had been on the lot in a big snow storm. After detailing, IRA came and spent about an hour and a half with us inside the vehicle showing us all of the technology stuff. This ain't your grandfather's Jeep. It is off-road capable as always but with all the bells and whistles of an expensive European car. I can control so many functions from the cell phone app. Anyhow, Ira and Mani, as well as the credit manager were very attentive to us. Thanks folks! Now let's go to the mountains! More
